The Franklin garage on 989 Franklin St, is a good nearby parking option in Chinatown, just two blocks away from Lincoln Square. Their rates go from $2 an hour up to a daily maximum of $16 with an $11 early bird rate for those coming in before 8:30 a.m. They also have an evening flat rate of $7 if you get there after 5 p.m. It is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Pacific Renaissance Plaza
Located just a 5-minute walk away from Lincoln Square Park, the Pacific Renaissance Plaza offers a convenient garage with moderate parking rates. They charge $1 for every 30 minutes, and up to $24 for the day. They also offer overnight parking for $30. It is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Friday - Saturday it stays open until midnight.
The Trans-Pacific Center is a popular covered parking option near Chinatown on 1000 Broadway and 11th street. Their prices go from $2 for 15 minutes and $24 as a daily max. Their evening rate is $10 from 3 p.m until closing. The parking facility is only open Monday - Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Keep in mind the parking rates might change depending on special events around the area.
