This underground garage is also a popular parking spot for visitors of the Austin Capitol, the Blanton Museum of Arts, and pretty much everywhere in downtown, so it may fill up quickly. Capitol Visitors Parking Garage

It's an affordable option, however, you may want to avoid it during event days in the area since the traffic on MLK Blvd can get very heavy and that's the only garage exit. You may be stuck in there for a while.
